We've been building Toyota and Lexus differentials longer than anyone else in the industry – period.

Marlin, our founder, began rebuilding diffs in the 1970s and developed his own proprietary gear setup technique that goes far beyond the Toyota factory manual. His unique procedure produces a superior ring-and-pinion gear mesh pattern for reduced heat, noise, and wear – the result is a longer-lasting, smoother, and more reliable differential.

Today, every diff we build still follows Marlin's exact process, carried forward by our in-house differential builders who have been perfecting this craft since the early 2000s. When you buy a Marlin Crawler third member, you're not getting a copy of the original – you're getting the original, built by the people who pioneered the standard.

Gear Options: Yukon or Revolution

We are rolling out two high-quality choices in Ring & Pinion and Master Install Setup Kit options depending on your needs:

  • Revolution Gear & Axle (Premium)
    South Korea-made, high-strength gearsets from a company founded to preserve top-tier manufacturing quality. The best choice for longevity, precision, and maximum quietness.
  • Yukon Gear & Axle (Tried, Tested & True)
    Proven designs with years and years of trail and race testing. Great choice for availability, especially in lower ratio ranges not supported by OEM.

We've been Yukon's #1 Toyota diff distributor for years and stand by their products. For customers seeking addtional levels of refinement, we are expanding our catalog to now include offerings built with Revolution Gear. Current available options include 8.0" 4cyl/6cyl ARB & Grizzly Locker build. Additional pages being updated soon!
