At the core of every Ultimate IFS Axle is RCV’s proprietary 300M alloy technology, delivering dramatically greater torsional strength and fatigue resistance than traditional chromoly axle shafts. The center bars feature massive 35-spline 300M construction, while the CV joints utilize oversized internals designed specifically for extreme-angle, high-load operation.

The inboard double-offset CV joint uses huge 1-inch precision balls with 300M internal components to maintain smooth operation and durability. Outboard joints are based on RCV’s proven Dana 60 architecture and optimized using a combination of 4340 and 300M materials for maximum strength where it matters most.

RCV’s proprietary high-performance moly grease (pre-packed) helps control heat buildup under sustained load and high-speed use, while the black oxide finish provides corrosion protection and long-term durability.
