Manufactured in the USA using high-strength Chromoly & 300M materials, RCV Performance Ultimate 30-spline CV Axle Set replaces your factory Toyota front axle shafts with a new high-strength design. The factory axles were designed with 30 splines at the differential that neck down to 27 splines at the Birfield creating a common failure point. This axle set upgrades the smaller 27 splines to a 300M 30 spline race eliminating the need to neck down the shaft.

These shafts come with RCV’s famous “No Questions Asked” limited lifetime warranty.

Tests prove Ultimate CV Axles to be twice as strong as OEM shafts and at least 22% stronger than any other competitor product, and they’re just as tough at a straight angle as they are at extreme angles. Even if you have big tires and big power there are no worries. Ultimate CV Axles are low maintenance and operate with a smoothness you can feel – whether off road or on the street.

Birfields are riffle drilled with Zerk fittings at the end for easy re-greasing by simply removing your 6-bolt hubs.
