This is our optional Heavy Duty Solid Center MarRack frame mount upgrade!

Marlin Crawler invented the use of a Heavy Duty full-size IFS steering rack with modified steering geometry compatible with light-duty mid-size vehicles (patent no. 11066099), giving birth to the Heavy Duty MarRack. The MarRack features a new center mount for a third steering rack-to-frame connection, which this kit takes advantage of for extra strength, reliability, and safety. With this kit, the MarRack has a 5.1-times greater rack-to-frame connection size compared to stock light-duty steering racks.

  • Greatly increases rack mount strength for horizontal forces
  • Spreads loads away from main mounts increasing frame mount durability

Recommended Use:

  • We have no set recommendation for this product. It is entirely optional. Install it to spread stresses and enhance MarRack-to-frame mount connection strength and durability. We run this kit on our personal RCLT HD-equipped vehicles
  • It is relatively easy to install this product during or after RCLT HD installation

Specifically designed for an RCLT HD installation for proper alignment with frame. Not compatible with factory-installed steering racks. Tested since April 2022 on sixteen Moab trails and our local Dusy/Ershim trail with RCLT HD & 40" tires.

Combined with our Heavy Duty Double-Shear Mount Upgrade, the Marlin Crawler MarRack has an 8.2-times larger rack-to-frame connection making it the strongest and most reliable Toyota/Lexus IFS steering rack mount available.
