For this reason we offer a solution to replace and eliminate factory backing plates! Our eliminator plates are laser cut from USA steel to the correct thickness for proper assembly! To top it off, our parts are electroplated to protect against corrosion from this area that sees a lot of heat cycling from nearby brake components.

By eliminating the stock disc brake backing plate, you eliminate the chance of getting a rock lodged between the plate and the rotor while simultaneously increasing the cooling ability of your brake system. You also improve the cosmetic appeal of your Toyota front live axle.
