We have built, sold, and installed Interior Roll Cage Kits since the turn of the century and have brought them back using modern manufacturing techniques!
Made from 1.50" by .120" USA HREW tubing, we have now designed the cage using five interlocking and serviceable Chromoly steel tube clamps for full cage removal to aid in interior serviceability and painting the cage outside your truck.
Chromoly tube clamps also have a smaller OD and a much cleaner finish without long protruding bolts, which provides more room for your head and/or tube padding, as well as positioning the cage closer to your cab for more drived and passenger room.
To make this kit compatible with XtraCab and 4Runner models, our upper tubes near the top of the B-pillar are longer than needed so you can carefully position the cage as you see fit.
This product ships as an individual component kit that includes: Pre-bent USA-made HREW tubing, five Chromoly steel tube clamps, corner gussets with (1)passenger side grab handle(driver side will not fit with steering wheel and is no longer included), floor plates, and mounting hardware. All components are raw steel and will require welding, cutting, fitting and painting to install! Skill level is moderate to experienced fabrication.
** For 1995-2004 Tacoma, this kit is designed to fit Single Cab models, and may also be used in Access Cab and Double Cab models which will provide protection for the front seat occupants.
