Marlin has been rebuilding 1979-95 Gear Drive RF1A transfer cases since 1994. Every transfer case we rebuild is rigorously inspected to ensure we deliver the highest quality product to your door. We can rebuild this transfer case in a variety of different configurations. We offer rebuilt t/cases with a 2.28:1 or our 4.70:1 Total-Spline™ gear set.

Our Total-Spline™ technology was developed in 2000 and doubles the strength of the input gear. In addition, this design increases the spline contact.
