Transmission
rebuild kits feature NSK & Nachi Japanese
made bearings and include seals & gaskets.
Please note special tools (including press,
gear & bearing pullers) as well as special
training are needed to properly rebuild
a transmission. We recommend consulting
the factory service manual. We cannot offer
transmission rebuilding assistance at these
low prices. All Kits include new, heavy
duty shifter seat and socket and syncros, however, the 1992-95 kit
features multiple syncro designs depending on production month/year of
transmission. Therefore you must call in to place this order over the phone. |

Heavy Duty Bearing Cover Plate
Included free on all R-transmission
rebuilds! Fits R-Series transmission only
(R150F, R151, R154, etc). CNC machined from top
quality tool steel and will long out live the factory
original. As the factory unit wears out it fails to
properly position the main shaft. This heavy duty unit
does a much better Job of holding the shaft in the
proper position. Includes set of 4 bolts.

Heavy Duty Shifter Seat
It's common for the factory shifter
seat to wear, crumble and disintegrate over time. This often results in a
sloppy or loose transmission shifter. The factory seat is soft so it can
be squeezed into position. We took a different approach, and machined
groves into the sides of our heavy duty seats. Instead of squeezing the
seat into place, the groves on each side allow ours to rotate into
position. This allows us to make our seat from stronger, longer lasting
hardened urethane. Our new heavy duty seats will far out last the stock
units and will reduce shifter slop. Please state year and model when
ordering. Two different sizes, one sizes fits W56-A and W56-B models, the
other fits all other 4wd applications as well as all Toyota Celicas and
Supras.
