We are now producing our very own Vechicle Speed Sensor (VSS). This 3-wire, 4-pluse magnetic pulse amplifier will convert ANY Toyota vehicle with a standard 22x1.50 mechanical speedometer drive to an electronic speedometer system. Features a standard Toyota VSS Plug for your convience. The Applications are unlimited, converting both 4WD and 2WD 22x1.50 mechanical speedometer setups to electronic 3-wire, 4-pulse speedometer setups. Now installing a Tacoma Engine into a Hilux or Land Cruiser is a snap! Works on both Gear and Chain Drive Transfercases!
For 1992-95 V6 Applications, when converting to a Gear Drive T/Case Setup, the only previous option was to use a 1992-95 Factory Toyota 4cyl 5-speed Gear Drive T/Case VSS, that sells for $210. The New Marlin Crawler VSS saves $150 on a 1992-95 V6 Transfercase Conversion.

When installing a dual transfer case it's often necessary to add a second shifter boot to cover the hole in the floor from the additional shifter. This boot properly fits the factory t/case lever and will keep out mud, hot air and road noise. This factory boot features a laser cut, 14 gauge steel base plate complete with 4 screws and will not crack or split like cheap imitations. Boot measures 6" X 6" with a diagonal bolt pattern distance of 6-5/8" and is 3.5" high.

Toyota makes different mounts for 4cyl and V6 applications. When you upgrade your V6 to a Gear Drive T/Case, you will need a Gear Drive T/Case Crossmember Mount. These Heavy Duty Crossmember Mounts are Genuine Toyota, and fit all 1979-95 Gear Drive Transfercases and 1982-95 4Cyl Crossmembers. Factory new Toyota OEM part.
These HD Mounts only fit gear drive t-cases.

Is your transfer case popping out of gear on the trail due to Advanced Adapters-style low range gears? This heavy duty spring will reduce or eliminate this pesky problem. Easy to install from outside without disassembly. Use one spring for crawl box, two springs for rear transfer case.

Low Profile Magnetic Drain Plugs

These factory replacement drain plugs feature a built in magnet to help remove metal filings that accumulate during normal use. The much smaller, round head design reduces chances of rocks grabbing edges and loosening plugs while on the trail. We now proudly carry High Quality Lisle MADE IN THE USA 10mm Allen sockets to install or remove your low profile plugs (not pictured).

Transfer Case Shifter Boot

Factory Toyota replacement boot. Fits over transfer case shift handle and seals top of transfer case.

Offset (Dog Leg) Shifter Modification

Sometimes it's necessary to relocate a shifter so that it comes up through the floor in a different location. This can be helpful when trying to use factory floor holes or to have the shifter come up in a different location. We can move the shifter forward, rearward, or to either side up to 4" off-set from factory position. We have several different models for use on most 1979 - 1995 transfercases and transmissions. Comes with the Marlin Crawler Shift Knob.

Note: You must send in your stock shifter for us to modify. Off Set is an approximation and slight bending might be required to achieve desired fit.

Replacement Shifter Base

Have a donor t/case that's missing the factory shifter base and oil slinger? Then this is the kit for you. Kit contains your choice of a factory cast iron base or a new billet aluminum base, oil slinger and 4 bolts.

We also are selling factory stamped steel transfer case block off plates, which we have cleaned and electroplated gold for a nice crisp look. The bling Marlin Crawler Turtle Logo is only available on the Billet Counterparts.
