Our 4.70 gear set is the only Toyota Gear Drive Transfercase
Gear set in the worldthat features our Total-Spline™ technology, an input spline
design developed by Marlin Czajkowski himself back in 2000. This never before
seen design strengthens the input by nearly 100% and provides maximum contact
area to prolong coupler life and prevent strip-outs. We offer gear kits, clearanced
housings and fully built units. 21 or 23 Spline.

Completely cleaned
and fully rebuilt. Case clearanced and 21-spline 4.70 low
range gears installed. Ready to bolt in. Top or
forward shift configuration as needed. 4.00 or 4.97 gears also available, but are generally not recommended.
Shifter not included, reuse stock shifter.
Additional $250 core charge. Core
refunded upon return of your old gear drive transfer case.

| V6 Single 4.70 Crawler Unit
Single transfer case with 23-spline 4.70 low range
gears installed in to a fully rebuilt, gear
drive transfer case. Includes V6 adapter plate
(not shown). Kit bolts onto a 1988-1995 3.0
V6/5speed Pickups and 4Runners. Includes offset shifter,
crossmember mount and mounting hardware. 4.00 & 4.97 gears also
available, but are generally not recommended.

This is the ultimate setup for your rock crawler.
Features our 4.70 gears in the rear case and MC07
dual adapter plate. 20 forward and 4 reverse gear
combinations. Fits 1979-1995 gear driven transfer
case applications. 4 & 5 Speed application only.
4.00 or 4.97 gears available upon request. One t/case
shifter included, reuse your original shifter in second
position. Additional $250 core chargewill be refunded
upon return of single stock gear drive transfer case.

to bolt in. Replaces factory transfer case.
Comes with assembled V6 adapter plate and

Marlin Crawler Turtle Shift Knob and shifter.

| Marlin Crawler VSS
We are now producing our very own Vechicle Speed
Sensor (VSS). This 3-wire, 4-pluse magnetic pulse amplifier will
convert ANY Toyota vehicle with a standard 22x1.50 mechanical
speedometer drive to an electronic speedometer system. Features a
standard Toyota VSS Plug for your convience. The Applications are
unlimited, converting both 4WD and 2WD 22x1.50 mechanical speedometer
setups to electronic 3-wire, 4-pulse speedometer setups. Now
installing a Tacoma Engine into a Hilux or Land Cruiser is a snap!
Works on both Gear and Chain Drive Transfercases!
For 1992-95 V6 Applications, when converting to a Gear Drive
T/Case Setup, the only previous option was to use a 1992-95 Factory
Toyota 4cyl 5-speed Gear Drive T/Case VSS, that sells for $210. The
New Marlin Crawler VSS saves $150 on a 1992-95 V6 Transfercase
Conversion.

Total Spline™ 2.28:1 Turbo Input
Marlin Crawler's Exclusive Total Spline™23-spline 2.28:1 transfercase input gear.
Originally for Factory 1986-1987 Turbo Transfercase input gear. Accepts 5spd
transmission outputs of R150F (3.0L V6) and R151F (2.4L Turbo I4). Fits any gear
driven t/case 1979-1995. Factory 2.28:1 Gear Ratio. Don't settle for
Non-Total-Spline™ technology! Do it right the first time and
never worry about strip-outs or input failure again!
