When applicable, a core charge is a refundable core part(s) surcharge that is added to your total parts value. Some products require that a core part, or unused or replaced part be sent back to us. This core is very valuable to us if not damaged as we can use it (in hole or by piece) to fulfill other orders. We really want your unused core part(s)! We must recieve and inspect your core part(s) before a refund can be issued.

   Refunds are made in terms of the condition of returned core part(s). Bent, defective, faulty, broke, cracked, rusted, ruined, or any other form of your core(s) which render it unusable to us may result in a partial, or no core refund. Parts returned to us that are in good working order, are fully refunded.

If shipped, Please drain all fluids such as gear oil before returning part(s) please! Most carriers will not deliver leaking containers!
