Marlin Crawler Leaf Springs

Front & Rear Leaf Springs

Front 4" & 5" leaf springs 1979-1985 Toyota Pickups & 4Runners. They also fit solid axle converted 1986-1995 Pickups & 4Runners as well. The Front Spring pack features 6 leafs and are 1.5" longer than stock. When used with our front hanger, the front axle will be moved forward 1.5". Includes new bushings and left side spring pad. Front Spring rate is 220 in-lbs.

Rear Springs are longer than stock and will require relocation of the spring hangers. On 1979-1988 trucks new hangers will be needed 6" forward of the stock ones and the rear shackle mounts will need to be cut off and moved back 2". On 1989-1995 trucks the new front hangers will need to be installed 5" forward of the stock units. When measuring the position of of the hangers, measure from the center of the stock spring mount to the center of the new mount, along the frame. Rear spring rate is 220 in-lbs.

All of our High Quality Springs have been shot peened and precycled to provide a consistent arch and spring rate that can withstand trail punishment while providing amazing flex. Please see the below notes for more information on our High Quality Leaf Springs.

Front Double Wrap	Rear Double Leaf

Spring features include a full military wrap in the front and an anti-wrap leaf in the rear. Nylon pads between the leaves help reduce binding and squeaks on the trail.

For better drive shaft angles, we recommend using a high pinion front 3rd member, and dual transfer cases with an additional CV added to the rear shaft. Not using these components may result in higher than normal drive shaft angles and may cause problems such as U-joint failure.
