Billet HySteer™ Crossover Arms

Each arm is CNC machined, from billet steel. All surfaces are machined including the split washer surface and the tie rod tapered holes. Machining these surfaces ensures correct and positive contact between parts, preventing knuckle studs from coming loose.  Arms are angle compensated for correct rod end seating. Fits 1979 - 1985 Toyota Pickups/4Runners and Land Cruiser knuckles. Don't settle for low quality cast arms that have holes in them! Beware of Cast Arms

Rebuilt IFS Steering Box

Looking for an IFS steering box for your crossover steering? We have both core and rebuilt steering boxes for your conversion. Rebuilt units are thoroughly cleaned and inspected. All bearings and seals are replaced. Spool valve is power flushed and unit is pressure tested.

Crossover Steering Stabilizer

This kit allows the mounting of a steering stabilizer from the drag link to the right side frame rail. Kit features 9.25" stroke Rancho shock, drag link mount and weld on frame mount. Frame mount is an assembled block and is easily welded to frame.

Marlink Heavy Duty Tie Rod

Heavy duty replacement tie rod for your '79 to '85 Pickup/4Runner with stock steering. Custom sizes also available upon request (see below). Made from  1.25" DOM .250" wall tubing. The left end has a clearly visible identifying ring, preventing confusion as to threading. Each Marlink includes 2 FJ80 tie rod ends and jam nuts.

Each rod is taped with huge 23mm threads ready to fit the 1-Ton FJ80 tie rod ends. The left-hand thread is indexed for convinence. Made from 1.25" X .250" DOM tubing. The left end has a clearly visible identifying ring, preventing confusion as to threading.

Crossover Steering Pitman Arm

Crossover steering pitman arm allows the use of FJ80 tie rod ends on 1986 - 1995 IFS style steering box. Bolts directly onto IFS box. Arm made by the Triple Five company in Japan.

FJ80 Ends / Jam Nuts

Marlin Crawler was the first to use these beefy 1 Ton tie rod ends for Crossover steering on Pickup and 4Runners.. The FJ-80 Rod Ends that we sale are OEM replacement units and stand up better than any other Toyota tie rod end. These heavy duty ends offer more strength and security. Up to 6 mm larger thread diameter than stock. Jam nuts are included with each rod end. These tie rod ends are greased before shipped, therefore no additional grease is needed.

Knuckle Pull Scale

The scale allows you to measure the knuckle shim preload. To use: remove tie rod, attach the scale to the steering arm. Then adjust the shims until it takes 12-15lbs of force to rotate knuckle.
