Alloy USA 4340 Chromoly front inner axle shafts!
These axle shafts are
made from High Tensile Strength 4340 Chromoly Steel, and are heat-treated twice to
produce ultra heavy-duty axle shafts that are much stronger than stock. Alloy USA
is so confident in these shafts that they offer an exclusive 10-Year
warranty program through Marlin Crawler! These shafts are sold as a set and come with inner
snap rings installed.
Price includes both passenger (short side) and driver (long side) axles.

Toyota 6-Lug Wheel Spacers
We stock high quality bolt-on 1.5" wheel spacers. Each spacer is made from
T6 Billet 6061 Aluminum and has a wheel pattern of 6 on 5.5 pattern, with
Grade 10.9 (American Grade 8 Equivalent) 12mm studs and nuts. Easy to
install: remove wheel, bolt on wheel spacer with provided nuts, reinstall
wheel. Suggested Lug Nut Torque Rating: 75-80 ft-lbs. Do Not Exceed 85 ft-lbs.

Front Axle Drive Flange
Drive flanges replace the manual locking hubs on
1979-1985 Pickup/4Runner solid front axles. Drive flanges keep the front
axle locked at all times. Factory Toyota Part, made in
Japan, bolts on with no modification. Can be drilled for additional
dowels. Ideal for trail only and competition rigs. Included end cap. Fits
right or left side. Fits 1976-1990 FJ40 & FJ60/62 Disk Brake Front Ends.

Knuckle Ball Kit
Even with a lower or upper axle
truss the front axle can still bend. These gussets
strengthen the last weak link on your axle housing.
They fit Toyota FJ40, 60, 62 Land Cruiser or
pickup/4runner axle housings and include caps
for the steering stop. Because of the size of
the upper gusset and the location of the lower
shock mount on Pickup and 4runners axles we
have incorporated a new lower shock mount of
the upper gusset. This upper gusset features
a single shear lower shock mount (This is similar
to the Land Cruiser).
Upper and Lower gussets are
made of laser cut 3/8" steel while the
steering stops are cut from ¼" steel.
Note: Some grinding may be needed
to trim to fit these gussets. Welding, cutting
and grinding required.

Front Axle Snap Rings
We carry all three front
axle snap rings. The ring on the left
is the outer Birfield snap ring. It is
found inside the manual hub. The ring
in the center of the photo is the inner
axle snap ring. This smaller ring goes
into the diff on the end of the axle.
The clip shown on the right is the inner
Birfield ring, and it can be found on
the outer end of the front axles, inside
the Birfield.

Special Fit Rear Axle Seals
These New Rear Axle Seals from Marlin Crawler
feature a carefully indexed lip to ensure correct seal depth
and contact with the rear axle shaft. The lip aligns the seal
parallel with the axle housing, which assures precise seal

The scale allows you
to measure the knuckle shim preload. To
use: remove tie rod, attach the scale
to the steering arm. Then adjust the shims
until it takes 12-15lbs of force to rotate

8" Long Spline Shaft
When installing long travel suspension system
and/or crossover steering the front drive shaft spline is just not long
enough to get the job done. The kit allows a full 8" of slip
travel. Made in Japan.
Uses the same U-joint as stock 1984-1995 Pickup &
4Runner. U-joint available separately. This joint makes a good spare
for the tool box! Joint is Also Made in Japan
To install, cut the tube from your drive shaft and
replace with a length of .095 or .120 wall tubing. Set up the drive
shaft so that you have 3" of compression and 5" of extension
at ride height.
