BudBuilt BudLight Crossmember

Marlin Crawler is proud to be the exclusive distributor for the brand-new BudBuilt BudLite dual case crossmember! The BudBuilt BudLite crossmember features a recessed t/case mounting surface which allows the use of all factory hardware while maintaining a 100% flat belly surface, including the center mount bolt that hangs down in the Rocks on other imitation crossmembers. No other crossmember in the world is like the BudLite. No special tools or hardware are required and yet it weighs nearly 10-pounds less than previous versions.

If you are like us and enjoy supporting original inventors of American made USA parts for your truck, then this is it: BudBuilt designed and built the original back in 1998! With nearly 10 years experience in building crossmembers, high quality standards are what "copy-cats" can not match. Each crossmember is laser cut from beefy 3/8" thick hot rolled, pickled and oiled USA steel. Each hole and dimension is precisely cut for an accurate fit and finish with smooth and round edges to maximize strength. The new design features a 5/8" thick mount area, incredibly stronger than all other attempts.

    Each BudLite crossmember is shipped unpainted because High quality USA steel does not need to be hidden by powder coating like other steel!
Price includes 1 BudLite crossmember. Uses all factory Toyota mounting hardware, not silly torx bolts. Currently only available for 1984-1995 4-cyl Toyota 4WD trucks.

If you are using our Roated Adapter, then you might want to consider the only Rotated Dual Case crossmember on the market: The Front Range Off-Road flat-belly rotated crossmember. This crossmember is constructed of 3/8" laser cut steel and gains over 3" of ground clearance beneath your drivetrain. It is rotated 10-degrees to match the rotation of our dual case adapters. Heavy Duty Rock Sliders

Our Rock Sliders feature 1 3/4" X .120 tubing. Each kit includes six pre-notched legs. Pre-notched legs can be cut to length allowing bars to be mounted as far in or out as desired. To install, weld notched end of legs to bars. Cut legs to length and weld to frame. See Installed Photo. PROUDLY made in the U.S.A.!

Tacoma Rear Bumper

Our New Tacoma Rear Bumpers are built specifically for all 1995-2004 model Tacoma Trucks. Made from 1-3/4" round .120 tubing, these bumpers feature a 2" receiver, corner protection, 4 point frame mount system, and our new "MC" Step-Plate. Because of the 4 point mount system, High Lift Jacks may be used at anywhere along the bumper without bending when force is applied. Unique receiver design does not interfere with stock spare tire location. Features two D-Ring shackle mounts providing ultra strong tow points. Bumpers ship unpainted, we recommend using Rustoleum spray paint to finish your bumper.

Pickup/4Runner Rear Bumpers

Each of our rear bumpers is built to fit exactly to your vehicle. Made from 1-3/4" round .120 tubing. Features include 2" receiver, corner protection, and 4 point frame mount system. These extra mounts allow a high lift jack to be used anywhere along the bumper including the sides. These bumpers won't bend up when force is applied to the leading edge of the sides. Unique receiver design does not interfere with stock spare tire location. Features two D-Ring shackle mounts providing ultra strong tow points. Bumpers ship unpainted, we recommend using Rustoleum spray paint to finish your bumper. Also, as pictured to the right, two small notches may be required beneath your bed for a correct fit.

Pickup/4Runner Front Bumpers

Front winch bumpers for your Toyota Pickup or 4Runner. Made from 1-3/4" .120 tubing. Includes mounts for Warn or Ramsey winches and turn signal lights. Bumpers bolt directly to frame and include bolt on lower supports for winching. After mounts are installed, the winch installed or removed without removing bumper. Bumpers shipped unpainted, we recommend using Rustoleum spray paint to finish your bumper before installation. Designed for a Hawse Fairlead.

Differential Armor

Through special arrangements we are proudly selling All Pro Off-Road’s differential armor. This is a ¼” formed diff cap. It’s to be welded to the axle housing.

Knuckle Ball Kit

Even with a lower or upper axle truss the front axle can still bend. These gussets strengthen the last weak link on your axle housing. They fit Toyota FJ40, 60, 62 Land Cruiser or pickup/4runner axle housings and include caps for the steering stop. Because of the size of the upper gusset and the location of the lower shock mount on Pickup and 4runners axles we have incorporated a new lower shock mount of the upper gusset. This upper gusset features a single shear lower shock mount (This is similar to the Land Cruiser).

Upper and Lower gussets are made of laser cut 3/8" steel while the steering stops are cut from ¼" steel.

Note: Some grinding may be needed to trim to fit these gussets. Welding, cutting and grinding required.

Interior Cage Kit

Interior cage kit made from 1.5" by .120" DOM tubing. Sleeved tubing design. Once welded together, kit can be unbolted at any time and removed. This is done by removing the sleeve bolts and sliding the sleeve down and out of the way. Kit includes DOM tubing, coupling tubes, sleeves, gussets, bolts, plates left and right grab handles. Welding, drilling and grinding required to install. Fits 1979-1995 Pickups and 4Runners.
